We’re now looking for a Sales Administrator to join our fast-paced sales team in Hemel Hempstead. If you’re detail-driven, tech-savvy, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is your chance to contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage sales orders for IT products and services with accuracy and efficiency.
Maintain up-to-date records of customer and product data using Salesforce CRM.
Collaborate with technical teams to verify product details and ensure accurate, competitive pricing.
Act as a liaison between sales, customers, and internal departments to support clear and effective communication.
Respond to customer queries, providing prompt, helpful information and outstanding service.
Handle administrative support tasks including documentation, reporting, and scheduling for the sales team.

What We’re Looking For:

A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales administration role, ideally within the IT sector.
Confident using Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Good understanding of IT products, services, and trends in the tech industry.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.
Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines consistently.
