Full job description

We are seeking a passionate, experienced and highly skilled Level 3 or Level 4 Qualified Beauty Therapist to join our growing team as a Salon Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is confident in advanced beauty treatments, passionate about skin health, and ready to take on a leadership role within a luxury salon environment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of beauty treatments, strong client care skills, confidence with consultations, and the ability to lead and support a team while maintaining the high standards of Boux Luxe.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a wide range of beauty treatments including:
Threading (MUST HAVE)
Brow shaping, tinting & brow lamination
Lash lifts & lash treatments
Waxing
Facials & advanced skin treatments
Manicures & pedicures
Other beauty treatments as required
Confidently carry out professional skin consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products.
Have a strong understanding and passion for skincare. Experience with Dermalogica products is a bonus.
Be confident performing facials and skin treatments. Experience with Hydrafacial is highly desirable but not essential.
Maintain exceptional client care standards and create a welcoming luxury experience for every client.
Manage daily salon operations and ensure the team delivers excellent service.
Delegate tasks effectively and support team members with guidance and training.
Complete weekly check-ins with the CEO to discuss salon performance, team updates, stock, targets and improvements.
Manage salon stock levels, monitor usage and place orders when required.
Help maintain salon standards including cleanliness, organisation, health & safety, and treatment protocols.
Support with staff performance, motivation and maintaining a positive team environment.
Promote treatments, retail products and help drive client retention and salon growth.

Requirements:

Level 3 or Level 4 Beauty Therapy qualification (essential)
Previous experience working within a salon environment
Experience in a senior therapist or management role is preferred
Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills
Confident discussing skin concerns, treatment plans and product recommendations
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach
Passionate about the beauty industry and committed to continued learning
Ability to work independently, take initiative and lead a team
