Full job description

Our Aftermarket Administrators provide efficient administrative support to our Aftermarket teams, ensuring the smooth operations of parts and service activities. You will be responsible for a range of administrative tasks such as invoicing, record management, warranty processing and customer support, helping to deliver excellent service to customers and suppliers while maintaining accurate business records.

So, if you are pro-active, have great attention to detail, and can administrate with your eyes closed (not really!), this outstanding opportunity awaits you! Bonus points if you’ve got a soft spot for tractors, wellies and cups of tea!

Salary: £26,500 - £29,500 pro rata (dependent on experience)

Job Type & Hours: Full time/ Permanent/ Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: Bispham Green Depot (L40 3SB)

Main Responsibilities:

Support the aftermarket departments with administrative tasks
Prepare and process customer invoices for parts and service work.
Verify labour, parts, and associated costs prior to invoicing.
Process manufacturer warranty claims accurately and within required timescales.
Ensure all supporting documentation is complete and submitted in accordance with manufacturer requirements.
Monitor outstanding warranty claims and follow up on any queries or rejections.
Maintain accurate warranty records and reporting.
Act as a professional point of contact for customers, suppliers, and manufacturers.
Maintain accurate electronic and paper records in line with company procedures.
Produce reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as required.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in an administrative role is essential.
Meticulous attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work independently, managing own time and priorities.
Good IT skills with the ability to use standard IT applications and learn new platforms/systems easily. Previous experience using the IBCOS Gold system is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships.
