Hilton Coachworks is the largest independent manufacturer-approved accident repair facility in the UK, working with some of the world’s most luxurious OEM’s such as: Lamborghini, Volkswagen, Audi, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mercedes Benz, Bentley and Tesla to name a few.

Founded in 1984 by Peter Hilton. Hilton Coachworks was established, with the main aim of repairing vehicles to pre accident manufacturer standards. We ensure the use of only official manufacturer parts and procedures. It is this partnership with OEM's that means we are one of only a few bodyshops able to offer a lifetime guarantee on our repairs, whilst remaining in the same owners hands.

We have grown steadily since this date, building a carefully curated team of automotive specialists across several markets. Hilton Group is going through an exciting time of growth with a new state of the art facility being built on our HQ site. We have a workforce of around 100 employees and quickly growing, based at our premises in Bishop’s Stortford, Hertfordshire, UK.

About the Role

Working within a parts team of 5 with a direct report to an experienced Parts Manager
Training will be provided for all stages of the team parts teams responsibilities.
Working closely with our Vehicle Technicians to ensure the correct parts are sourced and delivered to the technician in a efficiency manner.
Maintain goods in, parts locations (on multiple floors)
Follow up with suppliers on progress of orders/ back orders and order delivery schedules
Ensuring quality making sure parts deliveries are checked, identifying damaged parts or incorrect parts
Using modern computer systems to identify parts needed for each manufactures models, electronic parts catalogue’s, online ordering
Use of the internet to source parts

Required Skills

Good communication skills to articulate concisely with customers and colleagues
Phyiscal fit. The role requires allot of lifting and moving across multiple floors.
Attention to detail is paramount
Full UK Driving Licence
Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment
Warehouse, stocking management skills.
Team player
Computer literate
Good with administration & project management
Proactive - following up within agreed time frames

Remuneration

£20,000 - £30,000 entry role would suit a school leaver or someone who’s been in a similar role for a year
