Project Support Administrator

Location: Keighley, West Yorkshire (or Mansfield, Nottinghamshire)

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Support Administrator to provide administrative and project support to our Fabrication team. This role is key to helping the successful delivery of projects through effective coordination of purchasing, documentation, travel arrangements, supplier communications, and general project administration.

What you'll be doing:

Working closely with Project Engineers to raise requests, place orders for project materials and services, liaise with suppliers, coordinate deliveries, and maintain purchasing records, logs, and ledgers.
Providing contract administration support across multiple live projects and contracts.
Ordering office supplies, equipment, PPE, and workwear as required.
Preparing and distributing project information packs for site installation teams and the Fabrication Workshop Manager.
Supporting the Operations Manager with the preparation of reports, charts, and project-related information.
Collating and maintaining statistical data, including Positive Observation figures and Lost Time Incident records.
Coordinating and scheduling transportation requirements.
Managing a range of administrative activities, including arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, tracking actions, and maintaining schedules.
Organising travel and accommodation for colleagues when required.
Maintaining accurate project records and documentation and ensuring information is distributed appropriately.
Responding to enquiries from stakeholders, suppliers, and colleagues in a professional and timely manner.
Developing an understanding of team capabilities and supporting effective project delivery.
Maintaining project performance trackers and other key project metrics.
