Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will support the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional service, food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold food safety standards, and contribute to a memorable dining experience for every guest. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your managerial skills within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in supervising daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high standards of service
Support team management by training, mentoring, and motivating staff to deliver outstanding hospitality
Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality and consistency in dishes served
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures at all times
Coordinate with kitchen staff on food production, presentation, and timely delivery of orders
Manage guest interactions, address concerns promptly, and ensure a positive dining experience
Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant

Skills

Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Strong team management and leadership abilities to inspire staff and foster teamwork
Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices
Familiarity with culinary processes including food production and kitchen operations
Excellent communication skills for effective serving, guest relations, and staff coordination
Knowledge of hospitality standards and hotel or barista experience is a plus
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
