Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable individual to join our team as a <PERSON>. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your skills in customer service and hair styling within a dynamic and friendly environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional grooming services while ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued. A professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hairdressing are essential for this position.

Duties

Delivering high-quality hair styling and barbering services tailored to client preferences
Providing personalised consultations to understand clients’ desired looks and offer expert advice
Maintaining a clean and organised work station in accordance with health and safety standards
Building strong relationships with clients through friendly and professional communication
Managing appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times
Ensuring all tools and equipment are properly sterilised and maintained
Promoting additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and business growth

Qualifications

Proven experience in hair styling or barbering, with relevant qualifications or certifications preferred
Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating independence when needed
Organised, reliable, and attentive to detail in all aspects of work
Previous experience in a salon or barber shop environment is advantageous but not essential for motivated learners

This position is ideal for individuals passionate about hairdressing who enjoy engaging with clients and delivering outstanding service. We welcome applications from those eager to develop their skills within a supportive team environment.

Pay: £110.00-£140.00 per day
