About Our Opportunity:
We are now looking for an Executive Assistant to join our UK senior leadership team based in Warrington. This is a pivotal cross-functional role supporting senior Directors across Exec, People, Finance, and Operations, where you will play a key part in keeping the business moving smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

What You Will Be Doing:

Providing high-level executive support to senior leaders across multiple functions
Managing complex diaries, meetings, appointments, and competing priorities
Preparing agendas, presentations, reports, and accurate meeting minutes
Tracking actions from meetings and ensuring timely follow-up and delivery
Drafting professional correspondence and supporting internal communications across departments
Supporting business change initiatives and continuous improvement activities
Identifying and implementing improvements to administrative processes and ways of working

About You:

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Senior PA, or similar role supporting multiple senior stakeholders
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
Strong attention to detail, resilience, and a proactive, solution-focused approach
Highly competent across Microsoft Office and other business systems
Able to demonstrate sound judgement, professionalism, and adaptability
