At GXO Swindon (SN5 7JF), we operate busy distribution centres supporting one of the UK's leading food retailers, helping to keep stores stocked with the products customers rely on every day.

We're currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our freezer operation supporting the Iceland Foods contract. You'll play a key role in picking, preparing, and dispatching frozen products to stores across the UK, ensuring customers can find the products they need when they need them.

You’ll work any 5 days from 7 on a rotating shift pattern, alternating weekly between 07:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00 shifts

£14.27 per hour, including freezer allowance
£3.92 per hour shift premium for every hour worked between 19:00 and 06:00

What you'll do on a typical day:

Work in our temperature-controlled freezer chamber, picking and preparing frozen products for delivery to stores nationwide – we'll provide all the specialist PPE and thermal clothing you need
Accurately pick customer orders using voice-picking technology and warehouse systems
Safely operate a LLOP (Low-Level Order Picker) truck following full training
Load, unload, and move stock while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy
Support Goods In, outbound, and other warehouse activities to meet productivity and quality targets
Follow health and safety procedures and work effectively as part of a fast-paced warehouse team
