Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our dynamic dental practice due to continued expansion. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service while managing administrative tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk and enhancing the overall patient experience.

Duties

Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures.
Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring an efficient calendar for the dental team.
Manage patient records, including updating personal information and maintaining confidentiality.
Answer phone calls promptly, addressing inquiries and providing information about services offered.
Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries with accuracy.
Coordinate with dental staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
Maintain a clean and organised reception area, creating a welcoming environment for patients.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of office supplies.

Requirements

Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred,not essential .
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong focus on customer service.
Proficient in using office software and equipment; familiarity with dental practice management software is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A professional appearance and demeanour that reflects the values of our practice.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated to complete tasks independently.
