Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Part-time General Assistant to join our vibrant team! As a key team member, you will assist with a variety of tasks that keep our establishment running smoothly, ensuring a positive experience for both staff and customers. Responsibilities

Reception, Bar & Kiosk
Assist with serving customers, taking orders, and providing friendly, attentive service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
Contribute to upselling efforts by recommending menu items and specials to enhance customer experience
Support the team during busy periods by managing multiple tasks efficiently and maintaining a positive attitude

Qualifications

Previous Reception or food service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential
Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene standards
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with customers and team members
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing stock levels
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends as needed
