Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting full time, permanent Multi Task Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Telford (TF17LL).

Please note: In accordance with National Security Requirements all roles related to this site and contract are subject to the successful candidate achieving suitable personal security clearance.

You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a rotating shift pattern, covering the hours of 06:00 to 14:00 and 14:00 – 22:00. This role is predominantly working Monday to Friday; however, you will be contracted to work any 5 from 7 days when required.

Pay, benefits and more:

Annual salary of £28,059.79

Shift premium paid £3.37 per hour between 18:00 – 06:00

24 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays

What you’ll do on a typical day:

You’ll receive, pick, pack, and deliver stock efficiently while keeping safety first!

Keep warehouse inventory accurate through cycle counts and stock checks

Complete data input and admin tasks to support smooth daily operations

Work as part of a motivated team to achieve targets and exceed customer expectations

What you need to succeed at GXO:

You’ll have strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and high‑quality work

Confident IT skills, with the ability to manage data and documentation effectively

Customer‑focused mindset, you’ll understanding the importance of excellent service

Clear communicator who works well in a team and confidently on their own

Warehouse systems and forklift experience is a plus! (full training provided)
