Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service in a lively hospitality environment, ensuring guests have a memorable experience. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food and beverage service, with a friendly demeanour and a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality is advantageous, but full training will be provided for the right applicant. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic setting while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and manage reservations efficiently
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
Support barista duties, including preparing hot drinks when necessary
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
Uphold high standards of hospitality at all times

Skills

Proven experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable
Barista experience is essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
