Exciting Opportunity: Internal Sales Executive within a market leading lifting solutions provider and equipment rental company.

Summary of Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to work as an Internal Sales Executive responsible for driving sales performance through effective and proactive telephone sales activity with new and existing customers whilst also liaising closely with our field sales team.

Key responsibilities:

· Keeping track of a quote chase spreadsheet to follow up on recent and ongoing enquiries by making outbound telephone sales calls to existing customers.

To acquire more detailed information on requirements, competitor usage, spend and future projects.

· Investigate and monitor any known competitor activity.

· Work closely with the Field Sales Team to assist them on a daily basis, provide recent hire details and spend information prior to customer visits where necessary.

· Ensure the hire team are keeping on top of their fast chases by providing daily quote data.

· Managing visit reports, analysing information found, compiling the information and reporting results weekly to the Sales Director.

· Working alongside the Sales Team and Sales Director to develop sales strategies and target areas by keeping track of high value quotes along with collating and passing leads to sales team.

· Regular use of salesforce.

· Recording all activity on the company CRM database.

· Training on a smaller role to fill quiet periods also included.

Essential Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

· Excellent communication and listening skills

· A polite/friendly manner

· A positive attitude

· Very good attention to detail

· Good organisation skills

· IT literate

· Experience of IT Systems

Desirable:

· Experience with Salesforce

· Experience with Barbour ABI

· Prior Telemarketing/Sales administration experience is an advantage

Job Terms

24 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

4%/4% Employer/Employee Contribution Pension Scheme

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
