Your future, your schedule

You’ll be joining us as a Designate Practice Manager in the North West London area.

Working hours are full time, 40 hours.

Your future as a Designate Practice Manager:

As a designate you will be required to travel around the area supporting and covering a variety of practices before being placed into a practice on a permanent basis.
Offering a variety of NHS and Private treatments including cosmetic, implants and clear aligners.
Managing a variety of friendly and supportive teams
Close to all local amenities.

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions
