Full job description

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guests enjoy their experience. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where teamwork, efficiency, and professionalism are highly valued. Previous restaurant or bar experience is preferred, but full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks
Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area at all times
Manage stock levels, restock supplies as needed, and assist with inventory checks
Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and creating a friendly environment
Adhere to food safety standards and responsible serving policies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or food service roles is advantageous
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
Excellent serving skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a lively setting
Good organisational skills with effective time management abilities
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanour
A personable attitude with strong communication skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or special events as required
