Administrator – Thurrock (Office-based)

£32,500 | Mon–Fri 8am–6pm + 1 in 2 Saturdays (8am–12pm)

What you’ll be getting stuck into

Handling a high volume of invoices on an industry bespoke system- spotting any anomalies and making sure everything lands where it should
Raising claims with manufacturers
Digging into any claim discrepancies and figuring out what’s gone wrong
Chatting with customers over phone and email about job updates, charges, and anything else they need

Interview process

First chat with the Department Head
Second stage with the Director

Requirements

Solid admin experience or a bright graduate/equivalent who’s hungry for their first proper opportunity
