Job Overview

Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Medical Receptionist, where your energetic and organized approach will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. In this vital role, you will create a welcoming environment by managing patient appointments, handling administrative tasks efficiently, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your proactive attitude and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional patient experiences and support the overall success of the medical practice.

Responsibilities

Greet patients and visitors warmly, establishing a friendly and professional atmosphere
Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with precision and care
Manage incoming calls, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately to ensure clear communication
Maintain accurate patient records and update electronic health records system regularly
Handle administrative duties such as filing, data entry, billing support, and processing payments
Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate smooth daily operations and patient flow
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, organized, and welcoming at all times

Qualifications

Prior office experience demonstrating strong organizational skills and professionalism
Administrative experience in a healthcare or similar setting is highly desirable
Excellent communication skills with a positive, energetic attitude
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite and system
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately
