Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team!

Ambra aesthetic clinic a boutique style clinic in North Finchley.This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to be the welcoming face of our organization while ensuring smooth administrative operations. As the first point of contact for visitors and callers, you will play a key part in creating a positive impression and supporting daily business functions. If you thrive in a lively environment, enjoy multitasking, and possess strong communication skills, this position is perfect for you! Duties

Greet visitors warmly, direct them appropriately, and manage check-in procedures with professionalism and enthusiasm
Handle incoming calls promptly, routing inquiries to the correct departments or team members
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area to promote a welcoming atmosphere
Manage scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings efficiently
Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management with accuracy
Assist with mail distribution, courier arrangements, and inventory of office supplies
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication across departments

Requirements

Prior office experience demonstrating familiarity with reception duties and administrative support
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English
Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
Friendly demeanor with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and customer service
Reliable work ethic with punctuality and dependability as core qualities
