Regional Grounds Maintenance Operative - Glasgow Based

Full-Time | Permanent | Van Provided | Ongoing Overtime Opportunities

What You’ll Be Doing:

Delivering high-quality grounds maintenance services and litter picking across our retail parks, industrial estates etc
Managing a regular rota of sites, following detailed site-specific specifications and boundary plans.
Grass cutting, Strimming, Hedge Cutting, Weeding, Spraying
Raising issues from your sites to management, reporting pot holes, waste or damage to site.
Ensuring work is completed to company standards.
Maintaining a clean, professional company van (which you’ll take home each night – no need to come to the depot each morning).
Keeping all machinery and tools (like zero turns, flail mowers, and Scags) in excellent working order.

What We’re Looking For:

Someone with experience and has a strong background in grounds maintenance ready to take that next step.
A valid UK Driving Licence.
Confident using a full range of grounds maintenance machinery (zero-turn mowers, flails, Scags, etc.).
Must hold PA1 & PA6 qualifications (additional industry certifications are a big plus).
Reliable, professional, and committed to keeping your vehicle, machines, and appearance top-notch.
Please note this role is predominantly working on your own, so must be self motivated and demand the best from yourself.

Salary:

Highest hourly rate pay in the central belt for this type of role.

Overtime opportunities are plentiful and ongoing.

Hours:

40 - 45 hours per week in the season which is spread over Monday to Friday

35 hours in the winter - Paid for 40 hours
