The Role

As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class guest experience through professional treatments, outstanding customer care and expert knowledge of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a range of face and body treatments to the highest professional standards.
Perform ELEMIS face and body treatments (training will be provided where required).
Create a warm, welcoming and personalised experience for every guest.
Recommend suitable treatments and homecare products confidently.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation throughout the spa.
Assist with developing seasonal treatments, spa packages and guest experiences.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa.

About You

We're looking for therapists who genuinely enjoy making people feel their very best.

You will have:

NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, Holistic Therapy or an equivalent recognised qualification.
A minimum of one year's experience working within a spa, wellness facility or professional beauty environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A professional, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
A passion for wellness and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
The ability to work confidently within a busy and supportive team.

Working Hours

We have opportunities for:

Full-Time (4–5 days per week)
Part-Time (2–3 days per week)

The spa operates seven days a week, including evenings and weekends. Flexibility to work weekends is essential

Essential Requirements

Applicants must:

Hold an NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy, Holistic Therapy or an equivalent recognised qualification.
Have at least one year's spa or beauty therapy experience.
Be available to work weekends.
Have the legal right to work in the UK.
