About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with their daily routines, promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing. Every day is different, and your support will have a meaningful impact on the lives of those you care for.

Your Responsibilities

Providing personal care with dignity and respect, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Supporting clients with mobility and helping them remain safe and comfortable in their homes.
Preparing meals and assisting with nutrition and hydration needs.
Administering medication in accordance with care plans and company procedures.
Monitoring and reporting any changes in a client's health or wellbeing.
Maintaining accurate care records and communicating effectively with the wider care team.
Providing companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and promote wellbeing.
Supporting clients to attend appointments, social activities, and community outings.

What We're Looking For

A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others.
The ability to work independently while also being part of a supportive team.
Basic IT skills to complete electronic care records.
Previous experience in domiciliary care is desirable but not essential, as full training can be provided.
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
