Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the vital link between property owners and prospective tenants or buyers, guiding them through the sales and lettings process with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your proactive approach will help maximize property occupancy rates while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences, providing expert advice on available listings and market trends
Conduct property viewings, showcasing features and benefits to prospective tenants or buyers with confidence and clarity
Negotiate offers, rental terms, and sales agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes for clients and the company
Manage administrative tasks such as preparing tenancy agreements, sales contracts, and updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems accurately
Maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, tenants, and buyers through regular communication and follow-up
Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth transaction processes from initial inquiry through to completion
Stay informed about local market conditions, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate guidance

Experience

Previous experience in sales or lettings within the real estate industry is preferred but not essential; a strong desire to learn is equally valued
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Multilingual abilities are highly advantageous for engaging with diverse client groups
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client inquiries and administrative duties efficiently
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
