Are you an organised, customer-focused professional with a passion for delivering excellent service? We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. You will manage customer enquiries, process orders, prepare quotations, and maintain accurate records while delivering excellent customer service.

Working closely with customers and the sales team, you will build strong relationships, provide administrative support, and contribute to business growth through an organised and professional approach.

Location: Unit 1 Lakes Court, Lancaster Park, Newborough Road, Needwood, Burton upon Trent, Burton-on-Trent DE13 9PD

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Process customer orders using Sage 200.
Prepare and send customer quotations via PandaDoc.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks.
Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Work closely with the field sales team to achieve targets.
Stay up to date with EV industry developments.
Use Excel and Word to support daily operations.
Resolve customer queries and provide effective solutions.
Adapt to changing priorities and support team success.

Essential Skills & Experience

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
Passion for the EV industry and sustainability.
Friendly, approachable, and professional.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; CRM experience desirable.
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.
Well-organised with strong time management skills.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Calm and professional under pressure.
