Anson Decorators is a small, founder-led business renowned for delivering top-quality painting and decorating services. We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and dedication to excellence.

Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our daily operations on a temporary basis, that could lead to a permanent position. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your administrative skills in a fast-paced, friendly environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and eager to contribute to our company’s success.

The role will be 4 hours a day, 5 days a week for 2 -3 months initially, although this could lead to a permanent role, the hours are between 10 - 2 but this has some flexibility for the right candidate.

Duties

Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating project timelines
Handle general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and email correspondence
Ensure smooth office operations through effective organization and communication

Experience

Previous office experience or administrative experience preferred
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to type quickly and accurately for data entry tasks
Demonstrated professionalism with good phone etiquette and communication skills
Basic clerical experience involving filing, data management, and office support tasks
