Join the Renewable Energy Industry

Prometheus Electrical & Solar Ltd is looking for a motivated Trainee Solar Roofer to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the renewable energy sector. No previous solar experience is required – we’ll provide full training to the right candidate.

If you’re hardworking, reliable, enjoy working outdoors and aren’t afraid of heights, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing

Assisting with the installation of solar PV systems on domestic and commercial properties.
Carrying and preparing materials and equipment.
Working alongside experienced solar roofers and electricians.
Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
Learning industry-leading installation techniques and health & safety procedures.

What we’re looking for

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Reliable and punctual.
Good level of physical fitness.
Comfortable working at height and outdoors in all weather.
Full UK driving licence preferred but not essential.
Previous roofing, labouring or construction experience is beneficial but not required.

Salary

£26,000–£28,000 per year, depending on experience.
