Full job description

Executive Personal Assistant & Clinic Support (Hybrid)

We’re looking for someone organised, reliable and easy to work with to support both me and the day-to-day running of Pure Faces London.

This is a brand new role, so we’ll shape it together as the business grows. At the beginning, it’s designed to be a flexible position with a relaxed working style.

A large part of the role can be done from home and includes general admin, organising paperwork, managing bookings, helping with WhatsApp, ordering stock, keeping everything organised and occasionally running errands in London.

Fridays are our busiest clinic day, so you’ll be expected to work in the clinic every Friday. Depending on how clients book, there may occasionally be another clinic day during the week, although this won’t always be a full day. We’ll plan this together based on the diary.

Some days will be busier than others, while on quieter days there may be very little to do. We value flexibility, trust and good organisation more than sitting in an office just for the sake of it.

Starting salary: £1,500 per month.

As this is a newly created position, we’ll review the role as we grow. If the workload or clinic hours become significantly greater than originally expected, we’ll discuss adjusting both the role and the salary accordingly.

We’re looking for someone who enjoys taking initiative, likes being organised and wants to grow alongside an ambitious, luxury aesthetics brand.

Pay: £1,500.00 per month
