Full job description

Arena Offices are recruiting for a new team member to work from the Lancaster Court building in Fareham for a 6 month fixed term period.

Purpose of the Role

The Centre Assistant works alongside the Regional Manager to ensure efficient day to day operations of the Centre. The Centre Assistant is the face of Arena Offices, communicating directly with clients, building long term relationships with clients and their teams and creating a community environment.

Main responsibilities

Centre

Maintain your centre in line with the Charter
Comply with all Health & Safety requirements
Support agreed monthly programme of events
Support planned maintenance in accordance with the schedule
Seek approval and carry out reactive maintenance where necessary
Assist CM to make offices show ready
Maintain common areas in accordance with charter
Distribute post in a timely manner
Re-stock all refreshments as required
Maintain meeting rooms in accordance with the charter
Support ad hoc tasks of clients as required
Support onboarding/exit of clients as required

Reporting

Reflect all changes in real time on the monthly report
Reflect all changes in real time on the occupancy report
Administer business rates and liaise with councils as required

Financial

Customer survey score in accordance with agreed budget

Person Specification

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.

· Experience in hospitality or retail sector

· Proactive, self-motivated approach to follow-ups and outbound lost lead calls

· Able to communicate effectively and influence others positively

· Strong attention to detail with experience in CRM systems

· Capable individual able to work proactively and independently

· Takes pride in their appearance and conforms to smart standard of dress appropriate to the role and company expectations

· Consistently strives to perform to the highest level

· Team-oriented, willing to support colleagues and contribute to group success

· Demonstrates a high level of professional competence at all times
