Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing property-related documentation, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure smooth operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with office experience and a passion for property management to develop their career within a dynamic environment.

Duties

Manage and update property records using Yardi software, ensuring data accuracy and integrity
Handle daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document organisation
Respond to tenant enquiries via phone and email with professional phone etiquette
Assist in lease administration, renewals, and processing of tenant applications
Support property inspections and coordinate maintenance requests
Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants where appropriate, enhancing tenant satisfaction
Prepare reports and correspondence related to property management activities
Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

Proven experience with Yardi or similar property management software is highly desirable
Previous office or administrative experience is essential
Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask effectively
Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills
Experience in upselling or customer service is advantageous
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
