Barista (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location: North Finchley, London
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

We are a new cafe opening in North Finchley, London, and we are looking for friendly, reliable, and energetic Baristas to join our team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has a passion for coffee and customer service, and wants to be part of a welcoming local cafe from the start.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing and serving coffee, tea, and other drinks to a high standard
Providing excellent customer service in a warm and professional manner
Taking customer orders and handling payments
Keeping the cafe clean, organised, and well-presented at all times
Replenishing stock and assisting with basic food preparation if required
Working closely with the team to create a positive atmosphere for customers

What We're Looking For

Previous barista or cafe experience is preferred, but not essential
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
Punctual, dependable, and hard-working
Flexible availability, including weekends if needed
