Full job description

TRT Welding Services are seeking to recruit an experienced Quality Technician to ensure our products meet all quality standards prior to delivery to our customers.

Job Description:

Duties will include, but not be limited to:-

Ensuring final quality check procedures are followed
Documenting any quality issues
Testing the finished product, ensuring customer specifications are met and certifying the product meets industry standards

Skills and Qualifications:

The Quality Technician candidate will have various prerequisite skills and qualifications that typically include:

The ability to analyse the quality and performance of a product
Ability to read engineering drawings is essential
Thorough attention to detail
The ability to work well with others
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations
Flexibility and openness to change
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Additional Information:

The position offered is permanent and full time.

Hours of work will be Monday to Thursday 7am to 3.30pm and 7am to 1.30pm on Fridays (38 paid hours weekly)

Additional hours may be required due to customer demand.

Salary £15 per hour, dependent on experience.

This position will be subject to a 6 week probationary period.
