Order Processor / Administrator

Patos Southwest Limited is looking for an organised, reliable and enthusiastic Order Processor / Administrator to join our team.

We are a growing company specialising in bifold doors, patios and windows, and we are looking for someone who can help ensure customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently from initial enquiry through to completion.

The Role

As an Order Processor / Administrator, you will be responsible for handling customer orders, maintaining accurate records and supporting the day-to-day administration of the business.

Key responsibilities include:

Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
Checking order details, measurements and specifications
Liaising with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Answering telephone calls and responding to emails
Preparing quotations, invoices and order documentation
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Monitoring order progress and keeping customers informed
General office administration and data entry
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative duties

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised and detail-oriented
Confident communicating with customers and suppliers
Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
Able to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines
A good team player with a positive, professional attitude
Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
Experienced in administration, order processing or a similar role

Previous experience with Evolution and Logical software is preferred, particularly experience using these systems for processing orders, pricing, quotations and administration within the windows, doors or glazing industry.

Experience within the windows, doors, glazing, construction or home-improvement industry would be an advantage. Full training can be provided for the right candidate where appropriate.
