What you'll be doing

You'll begin by learning the business from the ground up, ensuring our vehicles are prepared to the highest possible standard before they reach our customers.

Initially, your responsibilities will include: Valeting and preparing vehicles for sale including polishing and minor paint detailing Ensuring every vehicle meets our presentation standards Assisting with vehicle movements and deliveries locally and nationwide where required Maintaining the forecourt and display areas

As your knowledge and confidence grow, so will your responsibilities. You'll begin to:

Photograph newly arrived vehicles
Prepare vehicle forecourt advertisements and pricing
Welcome and assist customers visiting the dealership
Handle customer enquiries whenever the sales team are occupied
Support the Sales Manager with forecourt and showroom displays With continued training, commitment and proven performance, you'll have the opportunity to progress into a fully customer facing sales role.

What we're looking for:

Applicants must be eligible to work in the UK All applicants must hold a full UK driving license A clean driving licence is preferred however minor points will be considered
A keen eye for detail
Can work well in a team but also use their initiative when required
A good working knowledge of the local and surrounding area
Good face to face communication skills Committed team player and a drive to succeed
No previous experience is required, just a desire to learn and grow.
