Communications, Contracts & Compliance Administrator (Maternity Cover)

Location: Peterborough
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 1:00pm (25 hours per week, Office Based)

About Us

Eastfield Guest House Ltd provides temporary and emergency accommodation across multiple locations, working closely with a range of external partners and agencies. We're looking for a Communications, Contracts & Compliance Administrator to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

The Role

This is a varied role that combines administration, operational support and professional communication. You'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of our accommodation services by managing communications, coordinating bookings, preparing reports, supporting compliance and assisting with tender opportunities.

No two days are the same, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and taking ownership of a wide range of responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the main point of contact for external partners and agencies.
Manage bookings, room availability, extensions, cancellations and resident movements across multiple sites.
Prepare professional emails, incident reports, welfare updates and other operational correspondence.
Produce and distribute daily accommodation availability reports.
Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance and security teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Support the preparation of tenders, contracts, compliance documents and business development opportunities.
Maintain accurate records, digital filing systems and operational documentation.
Prepare resident information packs, letters and other administrative documents.
Ensure confidential information is handled in accordance with GDPR and company policies.
Provide administrative support to the management team and assist with operational projects as required.

What We're Looking For

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Professional, reliable and able to handle confidential information.
Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous administration experience is essential.
Experience within housing, hospitality, compliance, contracts or supported accommodation would be advantageous but is not essential.

Contract Information
