Full job description

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly organised Administrator to support our busy office and engineering teams. You’ll be the first point of contact for calls, emails, helping keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

This is a permanent role, subject to a standard probation period, with an immediate start available.

Key Duties:

Answer calls and manage inbox (orders, queries, quotes)
Process orders and keep systems up to date
Coordinate engineers, site access, and job schedules
Support with purchases, hire equipment, and accommodation bookings
Process job reports quickly and accurately
Raise follow-on works and handle job costings
Monitor engineer activity for billing support
Maintain records, documents, and office systems
Review and process timesheets, flagging issues

What We’re Looking For:

Strong organisation and attention to detail
Able to prioritise and work under pressure
Clear and professional communication skills
Confident using systems and handling admin tasks
Previous admin experience preferred
