Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Office Assistant to support our administrative team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of clerical and organisational tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Duties

Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional manner
Managing appointment schedules and calendar organisation for staff members
Filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate records and documentation
Preparing correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
Assisting with organising meetings, including booking venues and preparing materials
Handling incoming post and deliveries, ensuring timely distribution
Supporting team members with various administrative tasks to enhance office efficiency
Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
Ensuring the office environment remains tidy, organised, and welcoming

Requirements

Proven organisational skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Friendly demeanour with strong interpersonal skills
