Administrator / Customer Service Administrator

Location: Blackburn
Pay: £12.75 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: Immediate start available
Weekends: No weekend work

We are looking for a confident and organised Administrator / Customer Service Administrator to join our busy and growing office-based team in Blackburn.

This role is ideal for someone with strong administration skills, good attention to detail, and a professional telephone manner. You will support the customer service and admin team with daily office tasks, customer enquiries, data entry, and order processing.

Full training will be provided, but the successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment and handling a high volume of work accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Responding to customer emails in a professional and timely manner.
Answering incoming calls and dealing with customer enquiries.
Completing general office administration tasks.
Processing customer orders and updating internal systems.
Accurate data entry and document handling.
Working towards achievable daily targets and service levels.
Supporting the wider customer service and administration team.

Skills and Experience Required:

Previous experience in administration, customer service, office support, call handling, data entry, or order processing would be beneficial.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet-based systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Good organisation and time management skills.
Ability to work in a busy office environment.
Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.

What We Offer

£12.75 per hour.

Monday to Friday working hours.
