About Us:
World Heat Cylinders is a leading UK manufacturer of high-quality stainless-steel hot water cylinders, serving the heating, plumbing, and industrial sectors. Based in Dukinfield, we take pride in our commitment to craftsmanship, innovation, and reliability. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated Labourer to join our team and support day-to-day production activities.

Position Overview:
As a Labourer, you will play a key role in maintaining an efficient and organised workplace, supporting skilled staff, and assisting in various stages of the manufacturing process. This is a hands-on position that involves both workshop and yard duties, as well as driving responsibilities.
The role operates on a rotating shift pattern (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM / 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

Keep the workshop and yard clean, tidy, and well-organised.
Move and store raw materials safely and efficiently.
Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment.
Assist welders, fabricators, and assemblers with daily tasks.
Operate machinery and tools under supervision.
Deliver and collect goods using company box vans (Full UK Driving Licence required).
Support packing and dispatch operations when needed.
Follow all site health & safety rules and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Previous experience in a factory, workshop, or industrial environment is desirable.
Valid Forklift Truck Licence (preferred but not essential).
Full UK Driving Licence (preferred but not essential).
Good physical fitness and ability to handle manual work.
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
