Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Labourer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting various construction, landscaping, and maintenance projects. Your energy and hands-on skills will help ensure that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to high standards. This position offers an engaging environment where you can develop your skills across multiple trades while contributing to the successful completion of diverse projects.

Responsibilities

Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, trimming, mowing, and general yard care to keep outdoor spaces vibrant and healthy
Operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectively for various construction and maintenance activities
Support excavation work using equipment like excavators or manual tools to prepare sites for development or landscaping projects
Perform routine maintenance on tools, equipment, and machinery to ensure optimal operation and safety standards are met
Help install irrigation systems, garden beds, fencing, and other landscape features with precision and care
Follow safety protocols consistently while working on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and contribute to a positive team atmosphere

Experience

Previous experience in construction, landscaping, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and horticultural practices is a plus
Mechanical knowledge or experience operating small machinery such as excavators or power tools is advantageous
Hands-on experience with irrigation systems installation or general site maintenance will set you apart
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina and attention to detail
