Full job description

Job Overview:

Our Company is a well-established business in the supply of gas equipment and have a fantastic opportunity within the Sales Team. Client relationships are our top priority, and we are looking for a candidate dedicated to exceeding customer expectation to maintain and grow our current customer base.

The ideal candidate will have passion for helping others and a drive for exceptional customer service. Existing knowledge of the industry is not essential as full training will be provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Handle enquiries and requests from new and existing customers effectively and efficiently such as requests regarding stock availability, quotations, product queries, POD’s (etc.)

- Develop trusted relationships with key customers to support retention, satisfaction, and sales growth

- Generating reports for the senior leaders within the organization such as KPI reports, customer specific order books, stock reports (etc).

- Working closely with Sales Managers to support key accounts and projects.

- Liaising with other departments (Accounts, Purchasing, QA & Warehouse) where relevant to complete a customer or Senior Leader’s request.

- Offer support in all other administrative areas of the sales team such as order processing, stock allocations, web sales support (etc.)

- Inbound & Outbound Calls as well as front of house.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills.

- Proven ability to multi-task & prioritise, handling several tasks at one time.

- Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience using Sage

- Experience in a customer services.

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
