Job Summary

We are seeking a professional and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join our team. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, and supporting administrative functions within our organisation. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming environment. Previous office experience and strong administrative skills are highly desirable for this position.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar organisation
Handle correspondence via email, post, and other communication channels
Maintain accurate records and filing systems
Assist with general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and organising documents
Support team members with ad hoc administrative duties as required
Ensure the reception area remains tidy, welcoming, and professional at all times

Requirements

Proven office experience or administrative background is preferred
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
