Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee daily business activities within our organisation. The ideal candidate will possess strong management capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in team leadership across retail, sales, or merchandising sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive operational excellence, optimise team performance, and contribute to the company's strategic growth. The position is paid and suitable for individuals with substantial managerial experience who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and supervise teams to achieve operational objectives efficiently and effectively.
Develop and implement organisational strategies to improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Manage staffing schedules, recruitments, and training programmes to maintain a high-performing workforce.
Coordinate sales and merchandising activities to maximise revenue opportunities.
Foster strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal departments through excellent communication and organisational skills.
