Full job description

Social Media & Growth Lead – New Food App

Location: London & surrounding areas
Start: Approximately 4–6 weeks
Initial Contract: Performance-based commission for the first 4 weeks
Ongoing: £3,000–£5,000 per month retainer, depending on experience and results

IMPORTANT – EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Please do not apply if you cannot provide clear evidence of your influencer or social media experience.

We are only interested in experienced influencers, social media growth specialists and digital creators who can prove their results.

You must be able to demonstrate your previous work, social media presence, audience size, campaigns, brand partnerships and — most importantly — your ability to generate real engagement, customers and app downloads.

We are not looking for someone who is simply interested in becoming an influencer. You must already have a proven track record.

About Us

We are launching a brand-new food app in London, with ambitious plans to become one of the biggest food and restaurant platforms in the UK.

Our goal is to build a platform that can compete with established companies such as OpenTable and Just Eat.

We are looking for an exceptional Social Media & Growth Lead / Influencer Marketing Specialist who can help us build the brand from the ground up and get our app in front of millions of potential customers.

The Role

You will be responsible for creating and executing a social media and influencer strategy across:

TikTok
Instagram
YouTube
Facebook
X
Influencer marketing
Content creators
Other relevant social platforms

The objective is simple:

Get people talking about our app and, most importantly, get people downloading and using it.

We want someone who knows how to create campaigns that generate attention, engagement and measurable customer acquisition.

You Must Have

Proven experience as an influencer, creator or social media growth specialist
A demonstrable social media presence
Previous experience working with brands
Evidence of successful campaigns
A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and YouTube
Experience working with other influencers and content creators
A proven ability to grow audiences and generate engagement
Experience converting social media audiences into customers, leads or app downloads
A strong network of creators and influencers
The ability to provide verifiable examples of your previous results

Proof Is Essential

PaymentFirst 4 Weeks

The first four weeks will be performance/commission based, with compensation linked to genuine app downloads and customer acquisition.

From Month 2

Subject to successful performance, we are looking at a £3,000–£5,000 monthly retainer, depending on experience, network and results.

Exceptional performance may lead to increased compensation and a long-term position within the business.
