Be Part of Our Growing Success Story

This year, The WA Group celebrates five successful years in business, and we're looking for an enthusiastic and organised Accounts Administrator to join our growing team.

We are a successful distributor of bathroom products, tiles and lighting, supplying customers across England. Over the past five years, we've built our reputation on quality products, outstanding customer service, and reliable nationwide distribution. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who shares our commitment to accuracy, teamwork, and delivering excellence.

The Role

As our Accounts Administrator, you'll play an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of our finance department. You'll help keep our accounts accurate and up to date while providing valuable administrative support to the wider business.

We're offering flexibility with this position and are happy to consider applicants looking to work three days per week or Monday to Friday, with 10:00am–4:00pm hours. The exact working pattern will be agreed with the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities

Processing purchase and sales invoices.
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Reconciling bank statements and supplier accounts.
Maintaining accurate financial records and filing systems.
Supporting payroll administration where required.
Responding professionally to customer and supplier enquiries.
Assisting with month-end procedures and finance reporting.
Providing general administrative support to the finance team.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in an accounts or administration role (preferred).
Is organised, reliable, and has excellent attention to detail.
Is confident working with numbers and financial information.
Has good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel.
Has experience with accounting software (desirable but not essential).
Can work independently while also being a valued member of the team.
Has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
