Account Manager/Media Buyer – Remote, Hybrid or Office-Based

Salary: £35,000–£40,000, depending on experience

Who We Are

We’re a digital marketing agency specialising in generating high-quality leads for gyms and fitness businesses through the Meta platform. We help fitness business owners grow by executing high-converting advertising campaigns.

We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking Account Manager with strong Meta advertising experience, good CRM knowledge and the confidence to manage client relationships effectively.

About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll work closely with our clients, onboarding, coaching and guiding them through our proven marketing process to help their Meta campaigns achieve results.

You’ll play a pivotal role in managing client relationships, hosting regular client calls, setting up Meta campaigns and analysing performance.

You’ll need to be personable and able to build strong relationships, while also being confident enough to hold your own during challenging conversations. You must be comfortable explaining campaign performance clearly, managing expectations and giving clients honest, constructive advice.

The role can be fully remote within the UK, hybrid or based at our office in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Campaign Management

Use Meta Ads Manager to set up, launch and monitor campaigns focused on delivering high-converting leads.
Track key performance indicators such as cost per lead, click-through rate, conversion rate and return on ad spend.
Conduct A/B testing across creatives, copy and audience segments to optimise campaign performance.
Provide strategic advice on how clients can adjust their budgets, offers and creative assets to improve results.
Assist clients with CRM management, automation building and list segmentation across a variety of CRM platforms. GoHighLevel is our preferred system.

Client Communication and Customer Service

Onboard new fitness business owners into our marketing system, guiding them through the setup and optimisation of their Meta campaigns via personalised Zoom sessions.
Lead client support calls, providing clear and tailored recommendations to improve lead generation and campaign performance.
Act as a key point of contact for client questions and concerns through Zoom and email.
Explain campaign data and recommendations in a clear, straightforward way.
Build genuine relationships with clients while confidently managing expectations and challenging them constructively when action is needed.
Remain calm and solutions-focused during difficult conversations or periods of fluctuating campaign performance.
Proactively monitor client performance
Build long-term client relationships by providing tailored recommendations and feedback aligned with their business goals.

What We’re Looking For

Strong, hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager and a solid understanding of Facebook and Instagram campaign management.
Confidence reviewing campaign data, identifying issues and recommending appropriate actions.
Previous experience in account management, client success or another client-facing role.
A personable communication style and the confidence to hold professional, sometimes challenging, conversations with clients.
Confidence hosting Zoom calls and providing clear, valuable insights about marketing performance.
Good working knowledge of CRM systems, including funnels, pipelines, automations, workflows and lead management.
GoHighLevel experience is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data and strategies in a way clients can easily understand.
A natural problem-solver who can manage client challenges quickly and professionally.
Experience with audience segmentation, retargeting and conversion-rate optimisation.
A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
A genuine interest in fitness, digital marketing and business growth.
