We are looking for an organised, proactive, and compassionate Care Coordinator to join our dedicated Care team.

About the role

As Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our Care department. Working closely with the Head of Care and wider teams, you will provide comprehensive administrative and organisational support, maintain accurate records, coordinate audits and reporting processes, and assist with projects and events across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration skills who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and values-driven organisation.

Location: Godstone, Surrey

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week / 52 weeks per year. Hours may be altered on occasions according to the needs of the curriculum and organisation

Contract: Permanent

Key responsibilities

Provide administrative support to the Care team and wider organisation
Organise meetings and accurately record minutes
Manage annual holiday planning administration
Maintain electronic records, databases and filing systems
Support the administration of student records and assessment processes
Coordinate and monitor audit schedules, including:
Medication audits
Risk assessment audits
Daily note audits
Quality assurance cycles
Produce reports and maintain data accuracy
Support Care team projects and departmental initiatives
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders
Assist with events including Open Days, induction events and other activities
Support the organisation of extracurricular activities (Act2)
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR and organisational policies

What we're looking for

Essential

Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths and English
Strong administrative experience
Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build positive relationships with young adults with disabilities and learning difficulties
Proactive and solution-focused approach
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Knowledge of GDPR requirements

Desirable

Administrative qualification
Experience working in a health and social care environment
Knowledge of Management Information Systems (MIS)
Previous experience in a dedicated administration or coordination role
