What We’re Looking For

Skilled painters and decorators with a strong eye for detail
Experience with interior painting, preparation, filling, sanding, caulking, cutting in, and finishing
Ability to produce a clean, sharp, professional finish
Experience with residential homes and private customers
Own tools and reliable transport
Professional, polite, and trustworthy — you’ll be working in customers’ homes
Reliable and organised — you do what you say you’re going to do
Someone who takes pride in the overall customer experience, not just the trade work

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Carry out painting and decorating works to a high and consistent standard
Prepare surfaces properly before painting, including filling, sanding, caulking, and making good
Paint walls, ceilings, woodwork, doors, frames, skirting, and other internal areas as required
Protect customers’ homes before starting work
Keep the working area tidy and leave the property in a respectful condition
Communicate clearly with both customers and our team
Take pride in the finish, cleanliness, and overall standard of the job
