Job Overview

We are seeking energetic and friendly Bar/Waitress Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional service to ensure every guest has a memorable experience. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently will help create a lively atmosphere where guests feel welcomed and valued. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems or order pads
Serve drinks and meals promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times, including proper handling and storage of food and beverages
Manage multiple tables efficiently by prioritizing tasks and maintaining excellent time management
Assist with setting up and clearing tables, ensuring the dining area remains clean and inviting
Handle cash or card transactions accurately, including giving correct change and processing payments
Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly

Experience

Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
Excellent serving skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Basic math skills for handling transactions confidently and accurately
Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy periods while maintaining quality service
Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service excellence is a plus
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
