Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to create a welcoming and memorable experience for all guests. within a newly opened venue. This is a multifunction site, with restaurant, bar and guest accommodation. You will be the first point of contact, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional hospitality. Your energy and positive attitude will help foster a vibrant atmosphere where customers feel valued and cared for. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in hospitality, food service, and customer engagement while working in a dynamic environment.

Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit
Take accurate orders for food and beverages, including catering requests, with attention to detail
Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen operations and ensure timely service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Ensure food safety standards are upheld by following proper handling procedures and hygiene practices
Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service, including barista duties if applicable
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction

Experience

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is essential, demonstrating familiarity with food service operations
Cellar upkeep experience is essential.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential for maintaining hygiene standards
Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are vital for engaging with diverse guests
Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
