Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Sales Assistant to join our team! This role is vital in supporting our sales operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. As an Office Sales Assistant, you will be the backbone of our sales team, helping to coordinate activities, manage client interactions, and maintain organizational efficiency. Responsibilities

Assist with sales administration tasks, including processing orders, updating CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, and maintaining accurate records.
Support the sales team by preparing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and drafting professional correspondence with Microsoft Word.
Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism.
Organize and coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-up activities to ensure timely responses and efficient workflow.
Maintain computer literacy by utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) to track sales data, generate reports, and manage schedules.
Support inventory management using Sage or similar accounting software to ensure stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and handling incoming correspondence to keep the office running smoothly.

Experience

Prior experience in sales administration or office support roles is highly desirable.
Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and familiarity with CRM software.
Knowledge of Sage accounting software or similar tools is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—are essential for effective customer interactions.
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
Experience with IT systems and computer literacy that enables quick adaptation to new software tools.
Proven time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
